We take great care to ensure your dog and cat food is packed and delivered as safely and efficiently as possible. Because some of our products are raw or frozen, delivery conditions may vary depending on your area and the size of your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed after payment has been received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Zones
Shipping rates and delivery options are based on the delivery area selected at checkout.
Eastern Cape
For customers in the Eastern Cape, the following delivery options may apply depending on the delivery address:
- Flat rate delivery in Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth
- Flat rate delivery outside Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth
- Local pickup
Garden Route
For customers in the Garden Route, shipping is based on order weight and available promotions. Delivery options may include:
- Delivery for orders 30kg or less
- Delivery for orders more than 30kg
- Free shipping where applicable
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated according to the customer’s delivery zone and, where applicable, the weight of the order.
- Any available free shipping option will be shown at checkout if the order qualifies.
- Shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Raw and Frozen Food Deliveries
Due to the nature of raw and frozen pet food products:
- Orders must be delivered as quickly as possible to help maintain product quality.
- Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
- We cannot take responsibility for spoilage or compromised product condition if delivery is delayed because no one is available to accept the order.

- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Local Pickup
Where local pickup is available, customers may choose this option at checkout. Pickup details and collection instructions will be communicated once the order is ready.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen. If your order is delayed, we will assist where possible with updates and tracking information.
